Condo in Cozumel

This spacious condominium is located in the Las Ventanas complex. It is on the first floor and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It has 2 Full size beds in one room, a Queen size bed in the other, and a King sized bed in the master. It has everything you will need access to, including parking. I live nearby on the same property, so any problems you may have, I will be able to address promptly. The neighborhood is a gated community about a half mile from the Cozumel downtown and ferry. The space The space is a private, quiet, and secure in a gated condominium complex. Its at an available price for larger groups of people. It may not be a one room, 20 dollar spot like some of the other listings, but I guarantee a place like this will feel much more like a home than having a small room to yourself. Guest access The entire condo will be open to use for guests who rent. There is a patio and a community pool for the complex, and a parking spot. The maintenance room is actually the only part that is closed to the renter Other things to note Just don't go crazy with the AC units. They are individual roomed units so no need to leave any running all day. They cool the rooms quickly and the place holds the cool very well. I would recommend no lower than 23, anything lower is unnecessary. I am slightly liberal with the ACs since I know it can be hot here, but any overuse will be noted.
