Beautiful house in a gated community!!!

Modern house in a gated community with 24-hour security. We are close to the condominium headquarters, which has a playground, lake, gym and sand soccer field. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 suites and 1 bedroom with a bathroom outside the bedroom. Only 1 suite has air conditioning; the other rooms have a fan. We have a swimming pool, barbecue, court, trampoline, orchard, pizza oven in the residence. Ideal for families! WE DO NOT RENT FOR EVENTS!! We do not exceed the maximum number of guests. The space Modern house, well equipped, very comfortable, gated community with security. Swimming pool, soccer field and basketball court and trampoline. The condominium has a sand court, playground and lake. The barbecue area is covered and has glass doors. On hot days we can leave the windows open, integrating with the pool, and on cold days the space is protected from the wind in a very cozy way. WE DO NOT RENT FOR EVENTS!! Guest access Swimming pool, orchard, court, trampoline, volleyball net in the pool, barbecue area with pizza oven. Other things to note We do not accept parties. WE DO NOT RENT FOR EVENTS!! Minimum of 2 nights. PETS cannot enter the pool because it is vinyl. For any damage, the guest will be liable for payment. Christmas, New Year's Eve and vacation period, minimum of 6 nights. Limit of 16 people. We don't allow more people, not even for the day. After 10 p.m., avoid noise. Any notification/fine, the guest will be RESPONSIBLE for payment.
