Coziness, peace and nature in Capivari

Very cozy house with 4 bedrooms, in a quiet location, backyard with lawn, flowers and panoramic view. Very fast Wi-Fi. The garage can hold up to 3 cars. The space The house is 400 m from the center of Capivari, a traditional place to socialize in Campos, and also allows you to walk or cycle to the main attractions, such as Morro do Elefante, the cable car, the tourist cable car, the little trains and Ducha de Prata. Guest access The space is exclusive to guests. Other things to note Access from the garage to the house is via a ramp and there are no steps at the top, allowing the elderly and children to move around safely. All garbage produced by guests must be put in the garbage can in the street. Glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils, the barbecue, microwave, oven and stove, as well as the fridge, must be left in the same condition as they were found. If necessary, we will send badly-used rugs or blankets (i.e. with leftover food, pet dirt, mud stains, wine stains, etc.) to the laundry. There is an additional charge on the daily rate for more than 5 guests.
