Cozy room near Plaza Foch

Our home is located near Plaza Foch, a very touristic zone, and 10 minutes away from La Floresta and Guapulo. We are surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and cute parks. It’s an ideal location because we are not too far from the Historic neighborhood, el Panecillo, and other locations you might visit. It’s an ideal place for travelers. The room is private. Besides there is a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen shared with me. The entry is common to a restaurant. Can be noisy sometimes. The space The space is spacious, always warm and we are very well located. Guest access The bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and the fridge are common spaces that are available for the guests. During your stay We will be pleased to give you advices about where to visit and how to do it, we have a pizzeria downstairs so we are always available to help you with anything you might need.
