2 cosy, fully equipped beachfront houses, in beautiful and calm Picinguaba. Ideal for a weekend for 1 or 2 families! One house has 2 bedrooms, fits 4/5 people. The second house has 1 bedroom and fits 4 people. Private deck & access to the sea! The space Casa Sol: 2 bedrooms, fits 5 people (1 double bed and 3 single beds). Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Cosy living room with fireplace. Terrace with deck. Casa Mar: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and one double bed in the living room. Small terrace. Direct access to the sea and very peaceful native tropical garden! Bed sheets, towels and beach towels provided. 2 kayaks available as well as beach chairs. Breakfast included (fruits, tea, coffee, milk, crackers, and jam....fresh bread after 8:45 am) Guest access Access by car directly to Picinguaba, or by Bus to Ubatuba and we can organise transfer for you to Picinguaba, or even organise transfer by van directly from Sao Paulo for example (prices on demand). Upon arrival, Julio will come and get you by boat directly on the beach, to start your stay with a short but magical boat ride (way back is also guaranteed). The small town is also accessible by a 3 min walk. During high tourist season you may need to pay for parking since the small beach does fill and free parking spaces do get taken. Other things to note Complementary information: Maximum nb of people: 8 Includes : bed sheets, beach towels, beach-to-house transportation by boat on the way and back, 3 kayaks, beach chairs. Does not include: lunch, dinner. Our great cook can organise this for you for you. Please negotiate direct with her.
