Our beautiful and cozy place is located in one of the best neighborhoods of modern Quito. The street offers stylish coffee shops, restaurants and small stores. You can also find pharmacies and minimarkets, all at walking distance. Located at 11th floor, our apartment offers an unbeatable view of the Valley and the mountains to the east. You can call or text us for assistance anytime you need before, during and after your stay. We love the stylish yet casual shops and small restaurants that this area offers. Some of our favorite coffee and food spots are located feet away. A 15 minute walk gets you to Bus Ecovia "La paz" station. Ecovia goes south north all trough the city. A 7 minute walk to "Artigas" round about, with plenty of buses. Uber and taxis easily arrive to this area. The historical downtown is 20 minutes away, and the historical parish of Guapulo is 5 minutes walk.
