Chácara Feliz Sarapuí, as the guests themselves report, has a “different energy.” It is a place to enjoy tranquility, fresh air, safety, abundant nature and birdsong. The local fauna varies according to the time of year. There you can even see toucans flying freely depending on the season. Other species present in the condominium are owls, hawks and hares. The space The seasons are well marked, summer is very hot and winter is very cold. In winter, the days are sunny and while the sun is there, the children venture to the pool (which is not heated for now), but when the sun sets, the weather gets very cold, reaching 6ºC. Early in the morning you can see the white grass covered with ice. At this time we eat a lot, play ball on the lawn, sing karaoke (not included in the house), play charades, play cards and have a bonfire. As the house is all enclosed by glass, the cold stays outside; inside the house with the windows closed it is very warm, even in winter. Summer, on the other hand, is pure excitement, with lots of swimming, barbecues, and sunbathing. The floor surrounding the pool is athermic, that is, it does not heat up, so children can play there without the danger of burning themselves. In addition to the pool, the house has an extensive lawn area where you can play freely, practice yoga, play volleyball or soccer. In this same space we have an exclusive space for campfires, children love to toast marshmallows, especially in cold months. Located in a gated community with 24-hour security. The farm offers a modern, airy and integrated environment. The view of the preserved forest is enhanced by the house, which is entirely enclosed by transparent glass. You can enjoy the scenery even when the house is closed. The idea is that whoever is in the kitchen and whoever is at the barbecue, or in the living room can interact on days of family fun. The area of the four suites is isolated from the rest with a second living room in the center. Guest access The space has 4 suites, 3 with a double bed and 1 bunk bed and 1 other suite with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, mixer, fondue machine, Nespresso coffee maker, orange squeezer, dishes, glasses, cutlery, platters, pots, coffee bottles and plastic pots.
