Beautiful Beach Site with Waterfalls!! House with 5 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, American kitchen, large living room, mezzanine and balcony with screen all around. The perfect place to enjoy the beach by day and rest in a place with the sound of water to sleep! We are 5 kilometers, a 7-minute drive, from Enseada de São Sebastião beach and 12 minutes from Cigarras beach. We are in a valley, with 2 rivers, it is a humid region not recommended for someone who has rhinitis or respiratory allergies. The space Beautiful house with waterfalls!! The house is super quiet and reserved, and we are in a valley with lots of trees and water all around!! It's a great place to relax after a day of sun on the beach. We have two rivers that pass through the property and we have a good waterfall on our ranch!! The region is super calm, quiet and safe. The perfect harmony of excitement, sun and sand with the tranquility of a ranch when returning home. The house is unique, very charming and cozy. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends who want to get together and socialize!! Our caretaker lives in a house on the same property and can help with tips and information. We are 5 kilometers, 7 minutes by car, from Enseada de São Sebastião beach and 12 minutes from Cigarras beach, a small beach, with kiosks and tents, quiet and without waves. Due to the location, you can visit both the beaches of São Sebastião and Ilha Bela and those of Caraguatatuba in a short time!! Our waterfall is a 3-minute walk away. The water falls from a height of 3 meters and massages the back. On our neighbor's land there are a few more waterfalls, 20 minutes walking, including a very fun one where you can slide on the rock and fall into a well and a natural whirlpool. Come, you'll like it!!! Guest access They will be able to access all the common rooms of the house, with the exception of two doors on the mezzanine and the glass door of the living room that are locked. You can walk all over the place, go to the waterfall, eat fruit from the tree and interact with nature. Other things to note The house is in a ranch, it is super comfortable and beautiful, but simple. Don't expect a house in the city or luxury.
