Casita Del Mar is close to the hub of village life in Hopkins. Stores, restaurants & access to activities are within a few minutes walk of the house. You’ll love the location because you can eat in or dine locally. The deck is a favourite spot for eating al fresco, sitting watching the waves roll in or just relaxing in the hammocks to catch a few zzzz's! Adventure opportunities are readily available as well. Casita is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. The space Our home has been designed to allow the sea breezes to pass through with windows and doors that are screened to keep the bugs out. The cathedral ceiling in the living area gives an open feeling when you have to be inside and the natural hardwood floors add a local flavour to the decor. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning units which allow you a choice of sleeping comfort. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire upper floor of the house which includes living space for sitting, dining for 6 and cooking, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There are numerous palm trees on the property allowing for open or shaded sunbathing. The 300 square foot deck leaves plenty of room for dining outside or just leisure activity whether sitting in the lounge chairs or swinging in a hammock (which we highly recommend!). Due to the sand and living space on the upper floor, we are not wheelchair accessible.
