We rent only the room for one person, a single room, and the apartment is shared. There is no bathroom in the room. If you are coming with someone, please let us know in advance. We are in a great location: close to restaurants, bus stops and gyms. The neighborhood is Cidade Nobre, in Ipatinga, very close to the hospital. We do not offer breakfast, but you can use the refrigerator and kitchen utensils, you can buy your food and prepare it. We do not allow visitors. Do you need a garage? Just let us know in advance. The space You can use am,kitchen ,living room and also enjoy a movie in our TV room 📺 being broadcast by the projector 📽.To use the vc projector you have to use your Notbook. We do not have a computer . Guest access Balcony During your stay I love having visitors and let the guest feel comfortable or, if you prefer, I am at your disposal to inform you about the city or some sights in the city and I also like a prose .
