All kinds of shops in the surroundings. Buses and cabs with ease. The space * Semi-new apartment, flat style, complete. Neighboring units (if necessary I have another unit next door , top floor of the building (11th floor). One block from Tiradentes Square, two blocks from Pça. da Liberdade. * In the living room: sofa, rack, TV with digital net (advanced plan), countertop, 2 chairs, internet entrance. * In the kitchen (American style): refrigerator, cooktop stove 02 burners , microwave, cabinets above and below the sink. * In the room: double bed (I don't provide bedding), built-in cabinets, air conditioning, internet entrance. * In the half bathroom: built-in closet, mirrors, box. (The decor is different between the two apartments; but only the decor; the basics are standard for both units).
