Beautiful Room with Private Bathroom for Women

I would love to host you in my apartment where you will find a very comfortable room with your own bathroom (the bathroom is outside the room but is just for you) and a great beautiful and very big garden. I only accept women or couples, so if you are an alone man please send me a message first :) Is 2 minutes away from Hospital Angeles of Pedregal and ITAM, Colegio de Ingenieros, Bosque de Tlalpan and some touristic places. There is 24 hr security. The space You will love the garden, it's my favorite place to rest and have a lovely afternoon... trust me it's amazing! Inside the room there is a balcony where you can have a beautiful view and have some air. I live alone and just sometime have the company of a dog, but in case I have one I will let you know in advance :) The room is in the 6th floor and the garden is in the first floor, we have elevator you can use. Guest access You can use the kitchen but please leave everything clean after you use it, in case you need it there is space in my refrigerator for you too :) You will have a private bathroom that is in front of your room, not inside. If you need parking spot, please let me know and it will cost $8 usd per day. If you need to use the washing machine there is and additional cost of $ 10 usd per machine. During your stay I will be always available for questions, i don't speak English very well but in case we need it, we can make a phone call to my sons and they can help us to communicate :) I will give you your space and will be very respectful of your privacy.
