The house is on the beach “Costa de Dentro”, in the south of the island of Florianópolis. A fishing village, colonized by Portuguese from the Azores Island. It is located on the hillside of Servidão Mares do Sul, 20 meters from the house, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, and 15 minutes on foot from the beach. The region is ecological and preserved. It has 3 floors, 2 with penthouse and ocean view: First floor: living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, 20 sq. meter terrace with hammock and ocean view, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet. The property is 700 m2. A 500 sq. meter garden with a garage for 1 car. It is located in the seaside resort “Costa de Dentro,” a fishing village in the south of the island of Florianópolis, a small capital of Brazil, colonized by Portuguese from the Azores Island. The region's commerce is well structured: mini-markets, supermarket, pharmacy, health center, cybercafé, restaurants, fishing, surfing and diving equipment stores, and local craft stores. Guest access Guests can use all areas. Other things to note The house is arranged to accommodate 4 people. Organic waste should be placed in the compost bin and dry waste in the public trash can on the street. Access to the house has a small ramp of native stones and a 5-step staircase. The house is not recommended for elderly people with mobility difficulties.
