Beautiful house, on a 2500m2 lot, surrounded by trees, in a gated neighborhood with security, in the Alto Los Cardales area. Large gallery with covered grill, garden and 9x4 pool. It is located very close to the town of Los Cardales, near shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants. A beautiful pine grove and birdsong will make your stay unforgettable. An ideal place to enjoy nature an hour from the city of Buenos Aires. The space The house is on one floor with capacity for 6 people. It has a kitchen integrated into the living room with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator with freezer. Excellent house to visit all year round as it has radiator heating, a beautiful wood fireplace to use in winter and air conditioning (hot/cold) in LC and in the master bedroom. The house has everything you need to rest and enjoy your stay: Pool with solarium, grill, covered outdoor living room and beautiful view of pine trees. Access is all by highway. Guest access The neighborhood has a central square with children's games and a soccer field. Other things to note We are pet friendly but only if they are well-behaved. Check before booking. Long weekends are rented for a minimum of 3 nights.
