This place is located near Siemens, Research Triangle, and Northrop Grumman. AirBnB cleaning plead: -I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob - I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists - I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Once you check in, come and go as you please, you will have a key to your bedroom after you check in. You will have access to the living room, loft, kitchen, backyard, pool, game room, and bathrooms. The upstairs is the only shared one. You are more than welcome to use the living room TV for your entertainment purpose. Please abstain from using the hot tub to keep our room prices low. The residence/primary host resides at the residence at times. Please feel free to knock on his door for any questions or concern. He loves meeting new people and socialize and interacting with new guests. If you prefer privacy, let us know as well so we can accommodate. This safe, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood offers a comforting environment for a nice walk or run. UCF is around 10 mins biking or 15 mins walking. Local shopping: Waterford Lakes for fine dining and shopping is only 10 mins driving. Nightlife: Downtown Orlando is a quick 30 mins trip via the toll road. Tourist attractions: International drive to Universal or Seaworld is around 45 mins via the freeway. Disney is an added 15 mins from there. Beach: Cocoa Beach or Titusville is only an hour's drive. Major cities: Daytona Beach and St. Augustine are around 2 hours, while Tampa, Jacksonville, and West Palm Beach are around 2 hrs and 30 mins drive via the I-95 Interstate. We keep it fresh and cool, around 75 degrees at night and 77 during the daytime . The heat doesn't kick on till it's 68 degrees.
