It means you must be the guests staying here, or the reservation will be canceled! ***This house also hosts three other STR rooms The space The room is located upstairs next to the bathroom for quick access. The room offers a two-full size beds in one room. Fiber optic internet provides 1GB of super-fast internet! A pool to jump in on those hot days. Perfect place for UCF tailgaters and Alumni. This place is located near Siemens, Research Triangle, and Northrop Grumman. AirBnB cleaning plead: -I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob - I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists - I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest access Once you check in, come and go as you please, you will have a key to your bedroom after you check in. You will have access to the living room, loft, kitchen, backyard, pool, game room, and bathrooms. The upstairs is the only shared one. You are more than welcome to use the living room TV for your entertainment purpose. Please abstain from using the hot tub to keep our room prices low. During your stay The residence/primary host resides at the residence at times. Please feel free to knock on his door for any questions or concern. He loves meeting new people and socialize and interacting with new guests. If you prefer privacy, let us know as well so we can accommodate. Other things to note ***No third-party reservation*** ***Profile picture must reflect a clear facial picture for viewing*** ***Safety note*** This residence has active cameras that do record and overlook the common areas: upstairs, downstairs, driveway, kitchen, and back patio. ***Room can accommodate up to two guests in total. You must book for two guests if there is a party of two. Not book for one guest and have two at your party.*** Extra guest per night is $20. If found that an improper guest is booked, extra charges must be paid for by Noon the next day, or the front door code will be locked out. Three other AirBnB rooms are listed in the same house. Do's: - let the host know when you will arrive so we can greet you if possible. - let us know if you need amenities such as soap, toothbrush, etc... we may be able to assist. - text the hosts during reasonable hours if immediate attention is needed. - let us know if the room or shared bathroom needs to freshen up. Don't: - Bring any unauthorized guests - Be uncomfortable. If the temperature is too hot or too cold, please let Us know. We keep it fresh and cool, around 75 degrees at night and 77 during the daytime . The heat doesn't kick on till it's 68 degrees. We have an extra blanket and a fan if needed. ***There are visible cameras with audio/video capability.
