You will find restaurants and entertainment venues very close by. The space The apartment is located four blocks away from the city's central park and the financial center. You can find museums, churches, parks, restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a block away. The sector is very peaceful and you can walk without a problem. The residential complex is safe and the people who live in other apartments are friendly and helpful. I will gladly try to address any concerns you may have or recommendations you may need. Guest access There is an indoor laundry/patio that can be accessed freely. Other things to note Very close to the apartment you can find banks, ATMs, pharmacies, restaurants that offer delicious and cheap food, parks, places of fun, among other things. Taxis are cheap and safe. PARKING: The PAID parking lot (for small vehicle) is subject to availability and must be booked at least 24 hours before arrival by means of a message, providing the name of the driver and the vehicle license plate. If you need more parking we could provide them for an additional fee per night. Please note that the parking lot is not in the same building as the apartment; the entrance to the apartment is a 2-minute walk from the entrance to the parking lot.
