Villa The bird of paradise

Nestled on the heights between Les Anses d'Arlet and Le Diamant, this villa is part of a vacation rental run by Danielle (owner of the premises), her son (Anthony) and her daughter-in-law (Laura). This fully equipped accommodation with an area of more than 100 m2 can accommodate large families or groups of friends looking for nature and tranquility. Come and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Martinican countryside while enjoying the view of the entire south of the island! The space Detached house of more than 100 m2 comprising on the ground floor a small living room with sofas and TV overlooking the open kitchen, a dining room on the terrace with balcony, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom each with a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, there are two single bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. You can also enjoy an outdoor terrace with BBQ and an outdoor shower for beach returns. All bedrooms on the ground floor are air-conditioned and the two single bedrooms upstairs each have fans. The accommodation is naturally well ventilated. Beds are fitted with mosquito nets. We report the presence of a staircase, inside the house, dangerous for small children. We accept no responsibility for this. We provide sheets, towels, soaps and laundry. Guest access Private cottage parking Other things to note Two boxer dogs live on site, they are very nice and playful. They guard the common areas. Tenants are asked not to feed them or let them enter the apartments. Feel free to let us know if their presence bothers you, we will make sure they stay on our terrace during your stay.
