Nestled on the heights between Les Anses d 'Arlet and Le Diamant, this villa is part of a cottage run by Danielle (owner of the premises), his son (Anthony) and his daughter-in-law (Laura). This fully equipped home with a surface area of more than 100 m2 can accommodate large families or groups of friends looking for nature and tranquility. Come and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Martinique countryside while enjoying the view of the whole south of the island! The space Independent house of more than 100 m2 including on the ground floor a small living room with sofas and TV overlooking the open kitchen, a dining room on the terrace with balcony, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom each with a bathroom with toilet, an independent toilet and laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, there are two single bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet. You can also enjoy an outdoor terrace with BBQ and an outdoor shower for beach returns. All the bedrooms on the ground floor are air-conditioned and the two single bedrooms upstairs each have fans. The accommodation is naturally well ventilated. The beds are equipped with mosquito nets. We report the presence of a staircase, inside the house, dangerous for toddlers. We do not accept any responsibility for this one. We provide sheets, towels, soaps and laundry. Guest access Private gite parking Other things to note Two boxer breed dogs live on site, they are very nice and playful. They guard common areas. Tenants are asked not to feed them or to allow them to enter the accommodations. Feel free to let us know if they're here to put you off, we'll make sure they stay on our terrace while you're there.
