The house is located in the Joyas de lxtapa subdivision. It has two floors, is very bright, and has the necessary services for a family vacation. We have air conditioning in each room and in the common area. We have wifi. The area is very quiet and familiar. We are close to downtown Ixtapa and several beaches. We have green areas and a communal pool!! We accept a maximum of 7 people. The space We have 3 bedrooms: on the ground floor there is one with a double bed and on the top floor two bedrooms each with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms, one full on the top floor (you must climb the stairs) and a half bathroom on the ground floor (no shower). We have air conditioning in all areas, equipped kitchen, smart TV, wifi, communal pool. Guest access You have access to the green areas where the pool is located. Condominium rule regarding the pool: you cannot bring food, you can play music only with low volume. Inside the house you can play music at a reasonable level and spend time with your family.
