This cozy, fully equipped studio apartment is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood, just 5 mins walk to Worthing Beach, and 10 mins walk to Accra Beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Public Transport is available on either side just 5 mins away. The space Space is approximately 350 sq ft., ideal for a single traveller or a couple (no more than 2 people allowed in apartment). There is an open door bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery/crockery/glassware, and an island type counter eating area separating kitchen from sitting area with TV. There is also a small patio with a garden view as additional space. Windows have mosquito screens and there is a floor model rotating fan. Guest access Booked guests have full access to entire studio apartment, which is located at the back of the main premises, through a garden path. Parking: Access to parking space on the street. Beach Towels: We can provide beach towels. There is a US$30 fee for any lost or damaged beach towels, which will be deducted from security fee. Laundry: Laundromat nearby, approximately 200 yards from apartment.. Telephone: No access to a land line in apartment. Other things to note Please note that we do not allow anyone else on the property other than guests booked into the apartment. As this is a studio apartment, we can book only up to two people at any one time.
