Located 200 meters from the sea (Pinheira cove), 3 km from Pinheira beach, 5 km from Guarda do Embau beach. The house is very cozy, with a swimming pool, barbecue area, leisure room, pool table, wood-burning stove, fans, and a garage for 4 cars in front of the house (other cars will be instructed to park on a nearby street). * IMPORTANT REMINDERS: * We do not provide: Bed linen, table linen, bath linen, beach chairs, umbrellas, laundry, breakfast. Guest access Main access (entrance gate) shared with other guests and host, there are two more apartments on the same property in the back. * Exclusive swimming pool of the front house. Other things to note This space is very cozy and welcoming, the neighborhood is all family. The entrance gate is shared with other guests and the host. An extra fee of $60.00 is charged per person over 12 guests, both those who come to spend the day and those who come just to stop by!!! Note: The pool does not have a protective fence for children... (ATTENTION!!!!) We do not have air-conditioning. We do not have a sunshade or beach chair. We do not have bed and bath linens.
