Brand new one bedroom small apartment, a home away from home. We are not located on a main road, making it safe and quiet, and away from the dust. We have parking and wifi. The surrounding area boasts gardens, trees and a gorgeous pool for those hot days. Enjoy a coffee overlooking this beautiful space and relax. We are close to Cobano, which has shopping, grocery stores and medical clinics and restaurants. The space This space is idillic if you are searching for peace, quiet, tranquility and nature. Located 9kms to Santa Teresa beach, and surrounded by the beaches of Manzanillo, Montezuma, Mal Pais, Tambor, all within 10-20kms. This property has beautiful gardens, a pool, beautiful trees where you might see the monkeys or birds having a rest or eating from the fruit trees across the property, and a small creek where you can enjoy all of natures sounds. If you are searching for a taste of the local flare, we have musicians and cooks in the family. Should you desire babysitting, cleaning, a cook, musicians, tours or line fishing, please let us know and we can arrange something for you at a reasonable price. We have a property manager, as well as a cleaning lady. She normally would come in once a week and do a quick clean, but if you prefer to do that yourself, that's fine as well. We typically change the sheets once a week(during the weekly clean) and change towels twice a week. Again, it's up to you how often you'd like your linens and towels washed. We also have a washer and dryer. If you want Erika to do your laundry, or grocery shopping, we can arrange that for a fee. Let her or me know what you are comfortable with in terms as cleaning and we will accommodate you as best we can. Guest access The space you are renting, you can walk the grounds, use the swimming pool and the outside shower and toilet.
