Cozy Apartment in Charming Village

Cozy apartment with private entrance attached to historic house. Central location in this charming tourist village of Chagrin Falls, a short walk to the natural waterfalls, over 20 great restaurants, two ice cream shops & boutique shopping. Low ceilings & compact bathroom, but full kitchen and parking for one car. Non-smokers only. No pets - out of consideration for future guests. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access apartment. Air conditioning is available during the summer season. The space One bedroom apartment over attached garage up a narrow set of stairs. The bedroom is separate from living space. (We purposefully do not list the couch as a sleeping option because it is very short and has hard edges.) The apartment is best for someone not very tall or very wide because of low ceilings and compact bathroom. A large picture window overlooks the backyard and gardens. There is an eclectic mix of furnishings which includes a dining table and a queen size bed. The full kitchen has basic cookware, dishes and utensils, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. Guest access Private access from the back deck of the home. Must be able to negotiate stairs. Parking for one car in front of home. Other things to note As grandparents we can attest that the space can work for a couple with a baby who is not yet mobile enough to reach doorknobs. We can offer a Pack 'n' Play and toys if needed. We love children but for safety reasons, we prefer not to host anyone traveling with a toddler as there is a doorway at the top of a set of steep stairs that might be dangerous for a wandering little one.
