Exclusive, Balinese-inspired, beachfront estate with direct access to a half mile of pristine white sand beach on Long Bay, in the fashionable west end of Anguilla. Nevaeh is heaven spelled backwards and this top-of-the-line retreat certainly lives up to its name. Offering 5-9 luxurious bedrooms (NOTE: most rates listed are for 5) with amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, gym with Pelotons, tennis/basketball court, watersports, golf carts and a full-time staff. The space 9 luxurious bedrooms are spread between the main house and guest house to optimize privacy. 7 have king beds and ensuite bathrooms and 2 have 2 queen size beds each and share access to a full bath and separate half bath. 4 bedrooms also feature outdoor showers and all rooms have air conditioning, direct dial telephones & smart TVs. The main house was extensively refurbished in 2025. IMPORTANT NOTE: most rates listed are the 5 bedroom Classic rate (10 guests), exclusive of 13% GST & 10% service charge. Rates for 6-9 bedrooms and Heavenly package, available on request. Heavenly package includes a full-time chef, daily cooked breakfast, welcome bar set-up, soft drinks and arrival/departure ground transfer, once round-trip. Festive and Thanksgiving rates are for full villa bookings under the Heavenly Package. Only Heavenly rates available for 8 & 9 bedroom bookings. Minimum stay and minimum number of bedroom requirements vary according to time of year. Groups of up to 20 people can be accommodated on request (additional charges apply for more than 18.) The fully-equipped chef's kitchen adjoins the great room and al fresco dining terrace, and the adjacent media lounge provides hours of entertainment with a 75" television, XBox, karaoke machine, foosball table and Sonos sound system. A split-level, heated infinity pool, large hot tub and two day beds overlook the beach and ocean. For watersports enthusiasts kayaks, sea sleds, boogie boards, stand up paddle boards and snorkeling equipment are provided. Nevaeh's other recreational diversions include a lighted tennis/basketball court, well equipped gym with Peloton bikes, golf simulator room, beach volleyball and ping pong table. A full staff including a supervisor/butler, housekeeper, laundress and houseman attend to all guests needs along with an on-call property manager & concierge. 2 six-seater golf carts are available for guests to explore the local village and visit nearby beaches and restaurants (cost of drivers permit additional, minimum age 25.) Nevaeh is ideal for multi-generational families, groups of friends, milestone celebrations and weddings. Two rate packages are available: Classic rates include meet-and-greet, pre-stocking service, welcome refreshments, personal laundry, telephone calls to the US & Canada, broadband wi-fi and Netflix. Heavenly rates also include a full-time chef, daily breakfast (cost of food for lunch and dinner is extra), welcome bar set-up with top shelf liquors, house wines & beers and unlimited soft drinks, and one round-trip arrival and departure ground transfer on Anguilla. Only Classic rates can be booked through AirBnB's site. Nevaeh can be rented with 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 bedrooms (only 8/9 beds, Heavenly package during peak periods) and children are welcome. A baby crib, pack-and-play and highchairs, along with extra beds are available on request. The villa is suitable for guests with limited mobility. Rates listed are for 5-bedrooms under the Classic package (excl Festive & Thanksgiving which are for 9 bedrooms/Heavenly) - additional rates available on request. Rates are based on a maximum of two guests per bedroom. Additional guests may be accommodated for an additional fee. Minimum lengths of stay and size of villa booking requirements vary.
