COZY APARTMENT IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER

Comfortable apartment in downtown Cusco, a few meters from the main tourist attractions, 3 minutes walk from the Coricancha Temple, 7 minutes from the 12-Angle Stone, 8 minutes from the Main Square. There are minimarkets and restaurants at the entrance to the apartment. We also have the Wanchaq market 3 minutes away and the train station to buy tickets to Machu Picchu and tourist agencies because we're very well located. We have hot water 24 hours a day. The space We have private parking inside the building for an additional fee. We also have sunlight in the mornings and afternoons with a nice view of the city. You can book rooms separately and reserve additional beds by coordinating in advance with the host. In Cusco, the water comes normally from 5 am until 1:00 pm, after 5:00 pm until 7:30 pm and after 1 am until 4 am, the rest of the time the water is used by turning on the independent system that the apartment has. It is recommended if they make use of a washing machine or others that require excessive use to do it in hours that are detailed. Hot water is only available in the shower, the sinks have room temperature water. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all shared areas, the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Guest access at check-in can be self-service or assisted depending on the arrival time; it is recommended to consult the host. Other things to note We are on the fourth floor and access is by stairs. We have a hot water system in the separate shower 24 hours a day. At times when there is no water, we have a limited reserve system that guests can use until the water returns to normal. We have a UV+OZONE disinfection system for disinfecting any type of bacteria, apart from the fact that we disinfect surfaces with quaternary ammonium, to avoid any type of COVID 19 infection. In the room we have the only security video camera located above the entertainment center whose viewing angle is only the entrance door to the apartment that does not record, but it does allow you to have online video at check-in to verify that only registered people enter the apartment and thus the house rules are met. We have informative videos to have a better stay for which you must provide us with your number to be able to send them to you, regarding the use of water, water cut-off times in which you must use the water tank system, how to use the shower for hot water, recommended times to wash clothes (recommended in the mornings since the water comes normally, doing it at another time can exhaust the water in the reserve and you would have to wait for the water to return normally to finish the washing), times to throw away the garbage from 7 pm to 9 pm (leave the garbage in the middle of Av Tullumayo at the indicated disposal point), do not throw garbage in the toilet or in the kitchen sink (there are bins in all rooms to be able to throw away the garbage or remains). Cleaning supplies such as soap and toilet paper are provided once at the entrance of each guest, in addition they are provided with the location of a supermarket 1 block from the apartment in case they need to buy more supplies.
