STRUCTURE The house has a great structure and comfort for families and travelers. It is located in the center of Balneário Barra do Sul, one block from the beach and close to all local shops and 3 blocks from the mouth of Barra, an ideal tourist spot for swimming and fishing. Easy walking to the beaches and local shops, access to the intercity bus that comes from Joinville. It has a full kitchen with all the kitchen utensils and basic appliances for your stay, 2 double beds, 2 sofa beds in the living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fans in each room, washing machine, barbecue and garage, and 2 bathrooms. We do not provide food and hygiene items. We offer bed and bath linens, included in our cleaning fee, two rolls of toilet paper and 1 detergent. A public playground is located 30 meters away. *** VISITORS PROHIBITED - ONLY PERMITTED FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE RESERVATION.*** * CHECK-IN FROM 12 P.M. and can be arranged in the reservation for check-in before if possible. * CHECK OUT BY 12 P.M. Guest access Individual entrance. Garage space for 2 cars, Guests will have access to all the house's facilities, Walking access to the beach, Boca da Barra lagoon, (saltwater lagoon ideal for swimming and fishing) local shops and bus stop. Other things to note The location is central and close to all local shops, and on weekends there may be noise from the shops.
