The space is all furnished with planned furniture, air-conditioning, has two dormitories being one of them a suite . Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances necessary for the preparation of your meals. Living room with TV and air conditioning combined with a gourmet balcony with a barbecue overlooking the sea 🌊 🏖️😍 Get rest days with comfort and peace of mind! The space The Apt is well airy and spacious, it is on the top floor , on the roof that gives access to the pool , whirlpool, sauna loungers, perfect for relaxing after a day of the beach. The view to the sea and mountains is amazing . We have two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed, and the other is the social room with a double bed, both with closets, ceiling fans and a Smart TV. And a sofa bed. Social bathroom complete with hair dryer. The living room has air conditioning, a super comfortable sofa, TV and a table with six seats. It is conjugated to the balcony with barbecue, utensils for your barbecue 🍖and has a beautiful view of the sea 🌊 In the kitchen we have an air-fryer, duplex refrigerator, 4-burner stove pots, electric oven, microwave, blender, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals. Apt prepared with great affection and care to welcome families and friends who seek comfort and tranquility in a privileged location. Township walk to the beach with excellent tourist structure, great for children . Near the famous happiness curve, Mirante Toninhas and Praia Grande. Easy access to the north and south beaches, near Itagua where is the Aquarium , Tamar Project and the best restaurants, mall, Roda Gigante ,bars, cafés … ❌ We do not offer bed and bath linens. At Apt there are pillows. If it is difficult to bring in we have a company that we outsource and we can arrange for the same fees. The pool area is on the same floor as the apartment, on the penthouse, making it easy to access. Don't worry about noise, leisure area with closed entrance free of noise. Other things to note Apt accommodates up to 6 guests among adults , children and babies (condo rule), but we only have one covered parking space for an average car. In case of coming in two cars it is necessary to leave one on the street, which is very quiet. ❌We do not offer bed and bath linens.
