A unique barcode will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them gate access to the estate. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking. Other things to note The house is on a septic system, so please remember: only flush toilet paper—let's keep things flowing smoothly! By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet fee
