There is a restaurant in the condominium itself (check days) The space The apartment is extremely nice, all well decorated and completely new. It is located on the second floor and has a protective screen for greater child safety. Elevator and stairs can be used. All rooms have air conditioning and television. The apartment has two bedrooms. We have a double suite and a second bedroom with two single beds. We also have two extra mattresses. The living room has a WONDERFUL and super spacious sofa bed. The balcony is a little corner for gatherings and joy, where you can set up a hammock. We accommodate 6 people (including children). Towels and sheets (or blankets) available from 3 nights. Water included (purifier) Bathrooms with hot water. Full kitchen: electric stove, fridge, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, dishes and cutlery, etc. Restaurant in the condominium itself (in low season it operates from Friday to Sunday) Security deposit: We charge a security deposit of R$300.00 to be returned within 48 hours after the guest's departure. About energy: We grant a bonus of 20 kwh per night to guests, this is included in the daily rate. If this consumption is exceeded, we will deduct 1.50 Real per kwh from the deposit. Guest access The condominium is fantastic and guests can access all spaces, such as a green area with a field, swimming pool, fitness room, game room and restaurant.
