Other things to note Other things to note Due to the high cost of electricity in SJDS, we include a kwh allowance of 40kwh per day which is ample to stay comfortable and enjoy your A/C. Usage above this allowance will be charged at $0.50 per kwh and taken from your security deposit. On arrival we will read the meter with you and prior to check out we will read it again. Please note the staff does live onsite in their own apartment adjacent to the house $15US lost key fee Cleaning is provided daily. For long term stays we will change linen every week.
