Sea View! Cozy beachfront house

Tranquility and well-being are the requirements of the house I offer in a unique, differentiated space, integrated with nature, surrounded by dunes, coconut groves and a privileged view of the ocean. It is located just over 700 meters from Caueira Beach and about 40 minutes from the center of Aracaju, in an ideal environment for those who want rest and tranquility and at the same time enjoy a place with a beautiful primitive beach, close to the capital and some of the main tourist attractions of the state of Sergipe The space Our house is in this little paradise shown in the photos, much more beautiful and pleasant in person. It is a simple, rustic, cozy, airy and tasteful house. It is a distinctive and peculiar space, but there are no luxuries. The roof is exposed in all areas of the house, with the exception of three of the five en-suites in the house, which are air-conditioned. In the other two bedrooms, the roof is exposed, with fans available. There is limited internet and Wi-Fi signal. Our proposal is to provide a suitable space for people who value peace and privacy, who like nature and walking barefoot, who know how to enjoy every simple detail that the environment offers, such as the stars, the moonlight, the sound of the waves of the sea, the sunrise and the singing of the birds. It is a privileged place of good energies, which usually satisfies those who know it! Privacy, tranquility and peace are points that characterize our corner, however, in isolated situations, such as certain days of Carnival, New Year's Eve or some Sundays on holidays, the movement on the beach increases and generates some noises that can be heard on the site at certain times of the day! We are nature lovers and sea turtles spawn on the property. To protect them, we do not have reflectors facing the beach and outdoor lighting is limited to the balconies surrounding the house. We are Pet Friendly and accept pets. We also have our own pets, who are both companions and watchful animals, but they stay in a separate kennel from the house area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space, the large grounds and common areas, such as the balconies with hammocks, a small living room with TV, kitchen, tables, chairs, dining spaces, pizza oven, wood stove, barbecue, a small children's pool, shower in the outdoor area, playground and, of course, the entire stretch of beach in front of it. Other things to note Caueira Beach, near our house, is a place with very basic infrastructure, has a few bars and restaurants, which only operate during the day, with few exceptions. There are small supermarkets, a bakery, butcher shop, gas station and pharmacy nearby. It has no ATMs or other services. Previously, access was only by the beach and with the movement of cars dependent on the height of the tide. Currently, there is a new access, but it is necessary to drive for about 1 km on a mud road, which is accessible for any type of vehicle.
