If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home. The space I created a cozy home away from home feel so our guests can relax and enjoy the comforts this place has to offer. The top floor offers a private master bedroom and full bath with a beautiful seating area just outside where you can catch up on some reading. Downstairs, the main floor, is where you will find the living room, kitchen, laundry room, second restroom with a tub and shower and the two bedrooms. Each room is supplied with comfortable beds and spare blankets. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils to aid in your meal prep. Our home has all the elements needed for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature without skimping on any of the modern amenities we all love, including fast WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and central heat. Guest access The space includes anything in the main house. The parking available at the top (in front of the garage) and the two parking spots at the bottom are shared spaces. Please be respectful to any other guests as there are two other units on the property. Theres a Studio called Harbor Side below the main building and an apartment located directly in front of the Main entrance door. Each unit has their own private entrance separate from one another.
