The estate offers complete privacy and sweeping views of the lake, making it the perfect setting to unwind, reconnect, and experience lakeside living at its finest. The property is divided into three distinct areas, offering privacy and flexibility for large groups or multi-family stays: Main House: 3 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms | Sleeps up to 10 Features a full kitchen, formal dining room, two cozy living rooms, and a breezy terrace overlooking the gardens. Guest House: 2 bedrooms | 1 bathroom | Sleeps up to 4 Includes a spacious terrace with uninterrupted lake views and its own private deck—perfect for sunset lounging. Two Private Guest Rooms: 2 additional bedrooms | 2 bathrooms | Sleeps up to 4 Steeped in family history, Monte Carlo has been in the family for over a century and sits in the most exclusive and tranquil part of the lake—where large, private estates like this are rare. Soak in the infinity-style pool overlooking the water, relax on the lakefront deck, or enjoy a morning coffee surrounded by tropical gardens and birdsong. Your stay includes towels, linens, basic toiletries, and drinking water for your convenience. Monte Carlo isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a space to breathe, connect, and create lasting memories. Guest access Depending on your parties size different section containing rooms will be available. Depending on the amount of guest we will determine how to best accommodate you. Room allocation is as follows: 1-8 Guest will be allocated in the main house. 9-12 Guests will have access to the additional two rooms in between the two houses. 13-16 Guest will have access to all three sections of the property. Other things to note Welcome to Monte Carlo, where luxury and comfort meet! Our expert housekeepers, Carolina and Jazmin will be available from 8AM to 6PM to take care of your every need. From tidying up your rooms and bathrooms to bringing you refreshments by the pool or deck, they’ve got you covered. Just be mindful of their time as she needs to return home in the evening. Each rental comes with its own kayak, and we can even provide paddleboards on request. During the cooler months from October to February, don't let the temperature keep you from enjoying our stunning pool. We offer pool heating for just $35 a day to make sure you stay comfortable. We have 7 bedrooms spread across three different sections of the property, and the room allocation will depend on the number of guests. Please be mindful that the entrance to Monte Carlo is steep and cobblestone, and may become slippery when wet. Please use your best judgement when deciding whether your vehicle is suitable for the journey. We love furry friends and welcome them at Monte Carlo, with a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Just make sure to let us know ahead of time, and keep in mind that dogs are not allowed on furniture. Any damages or extra cleaning required may result in additional charges.
