The Shore Blue Bay 3rd Floor Beach/Ocean front Apt

The Shore Beachfront Apartment, is a 10km drive by car to the Curaçao International Airport (CUR). The beach and restaurants are just steps from the Apartment. You will have direct access to the natural Blue Bay beach. To reach the beach you will walk through lush gardens and pass the infinity pool so some days you may not even make it to the beach. The view from the terrace is spectacular. Grab you snorkel or dive gear and head to the calm bay where you will see so many colorful fish. The space The Apartment is the absolute best location in Blue Bay Resort, where the front view is the Carribean Sea and the back view is the golf course. We are located on the 3rd floor so the palm trees will not obstruct the incredible view. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets right from your terrace. Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, huge walk in shower, double sinks, dresser and closet and TV. 2nd bedroom with Queen bed, closet and en suite bathroom. Spacious living room with large TV. Large fully equipped kitchen which includes cooking island, induction cooktop, combo mircowave oven, dishwasher, side by side fidge, and wine cooler. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and drying racks. The unit is accessible by stairs or elevator. Linens will be provided. There is also Central Air Conditioning which is new to the island. And it has individual room control. We believe sustainable and economical use of energy and water is important. Our rates do not include energy and water. You will be charged at the end of your stay and costs will be calculated by actual usage via the meter readings. The average cost should be approximately $125 USD per week. Please be aware that your energy bill will largely depend on your usage of the air conditioning. A deposit of $250 USD per week of stay is paid to the property manager on arrival. This deposit is for the settlement of the costs for water and electricity, as well as any damage or any loss of beach passes. Upon departure our property manager will settle the costs with the deposit and refund you any balance remaining. Cleaning: An in between cleaning is included for stays longer than one week. Extra cleaning is possible for a fee. A final cleaning is mandatory at $100 USD. This condo is non-smoking. Smoking in the condo and on the terrace is not permitted. And smoking in the unit will result in a cleaning charge of $500 Guest access It is best to rent a car, there is a dedicated parking stall in back of the unit. You can walk to all the restaurants and of course the Beach Bar. It is about a 2 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend you head down for happy hour on Friday's as there is entertainment and a bouncy house for the kids. The 18-hole Golf Course has a restaurant, that is a 5 minute walk. There are two restaurants within 2 minute walk of the apartment, one on the beach and the other one in the Boutique Hotel. The Beach Bar also has food too.
