Custom built throughout over 1.5 acres and 3 structures you will be enchanted with Ocean Oasis. Casa Contenta is the larger house, featuring enclosed dining, kitchen and lounge for your social space. It offers a split king bed ( 2 separately elevating beds), ensuite with marble counters and a 2 person shower. AC throughout, loft space and viewing terraces. The Pura Vida casita mimic Casa Contenta on a smaller scale. 1 king bed, full shower bath, full kitchen & large poolside terrace. More sleeping options in our 2 mirror image suites. in a separate structure and up 1 flight of stairs. Each offers 1 king bed, mini kitchen, and a twin bedded room. Each has very large shower bathroom that is shared by the primary king bed and a 2 twin bed room. They are adjoining units and accessed via the suites shared bathroom. ( 4 persons share 1 bathroom) Ideal for family. All 4 units offer luxury in tropical style, plenty of ceiling fans and a/c. Manicured gardens, private parking, fenced property. Several places to dine or enjoy the views. Large level area for yard games. Great bird watching, monkeys visit most days, whale watching from terrace ( in season). This estate has won architectural design awards. It is close to many local activities, surf spots, restaurant, grocery and social amenities yet it is truly an oasis at the end of a very private lane. All guests will enjoy the large pool, gym, gazebo with full bath, and gourmet kitchen with our ocean and jungle/rainforest views. Terraces, BBQ, outdoor kitchens ( 2), swings, and many private seating areas are set amongst the tropical gardens. Monkey and bird viewing abound. We are surrounded by the golf course, a jungle, and a seasonal lake. No direct neighbors for added privacy. The tropical chefs in your group can enjoy 3 full kitchens with new appliances. Plenty of private and public space for your group. Our host will meet you at a predetermined location ( ferry, airport, etc.) and direct you to the property while providing a basic orientation. Tours and activities can be arranged prior to your arrival or while you are our guest. Property is attended daily for maintenance and gardening. Pool service daily. Housekeeping of public areas, 2 times per week. Housekeeping of rooms are at guest request. Chef can be arranged at guest option ( fee). Property is located 5 minutes walk to the boutique hotel for bar/ restaurant and golden sand beach. 5-minute walk to secluded tide pools. surrounded by a golf course, seasonal lake, and jungle/ ocean. Privacy is paramount at this location. Property is ideal for walking as is the neighborhood. Roads are in good condition and you can enjoy the 150 acres of the resort and private home views.
