Perfect for long staying guests. This Private Studio is a corner unit with large windows that allow natural light and beautiful views of the Pichincha volcano. The bedroom includes a double-bed, ample closet space, TV, high-speed Wifi. Private Bathroom inclusive of a shower and bathtub. Private Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, induction stove with 4 burners, oven, cooking utensils, pots, & pans. All amenities are included to ensure a comfortable stay. The space The Private Studio is a corner unit facing the NorthWest. It is located on the 3rd floor of a 7-floor building. The 3rd floor has 10 other Private Studios (total of 11). All Private Studios on the 3rd floor are accessed through an elevator and share a common hallway that leads to each individual Private Studio (5 Private Studios on the North side and 6 Private Studios on the South side). The 3rd floor has a communal laundry room including a washer & dryer for an additional fee (ironing board & iron available for free and upon request ). Please contact the building security guard for more details. The building administration offers private parking for an additional nightly fee. Please contact your host for more details. Guest access Guests share the lobby, elevator and hallways. Other things to note We offer transportation to & from the airport for $25 each way, please reserve 24 hours in advance. In the event of an earthquake, please use the emergency stairway located near the elevator and avoid using the elevator. Three fire extinguisher are located in the hallway, One at the beginning, another one in the middle, and third one at the end of the hallway. The building is located in a safe area & our private security guards are on-hand 24/7. Visitors are allowed between 9:00 am till 9:00pm. Please note that we are unable to welcome animals of any type including: pets, service or emotional support animals. Common areas are shared (i.e. elevator, hallways, lobby) and your hosts suffer from asthma resulting in extreme negative reactions to animal fur.
