"Tiare" room in equipped FARE TEPUA house

East Coast, 2 km from the city center, in the Tepua district. Our small house is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 air-conditioned single bedrooms. Guests have access to equipped common areas: Living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace; as well as kayaks, bicycles (not brand new), BBC, washing machine and Wi-Fi. Nearby: a supermarket, a snack restaurant (1 km-400 m), playgrounds and access to the sea at the public motu (islet) by kayak. The space The equipped house (wifi included) has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms rented individually at a price defying any competition. The room includes 1 double bed of 1.60*1.90, a storage closet and an extra mattress on the floor to accommodate 3 people if needed (see supplement to the reservation). We also provide sheets, pillowcases, towels, toilet paper and soaps for a minimum of comfort but also laundry basket, small trash can, toothbrush glass and finally towel rack to keep a little privacy during your short stay😜... Guest access The living room, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace are common areas for the tenants of the accommodation. Guests can bike to town in 10 minutes in good weather or use the kayaks available for a sea ride to "Motu Ofetaro", the nearest public island (islet). Nearby, a small walk is possible, with children or locals, to enjoy playgrounds such as a basketball court and beach volleyball. Finally, the neighborhood supermarket just 600 m from the accommodation will surely make your short stay easier because of its proximity. Other things to note Check-in (self check-in) is at 12pm and checkout is at 10am. A small breakfast kit (coffee, powdered chocolate, tea, sugar, powdered milk) as well as basic spices (salt, pepper, oil) will be available to guests in addition to the house's amenities. "RESPECT FOR PLACES AND PEOPLE" is the key to a pleasant and friendly stay. Housemates will therefore be required to clean, tidy up or even turn off behind them: appliances (TV, light), appliances (oven, coffee maker), tables, chairs, armchairs, BBC, dishes used... for YOURSELF and for OTHERS.😊 However, rest assured! The cleaning lady will come by during the day to clean the common areas, in case... Finally, parties or noise disturbances preventing roommates from resting will be prohibited in the accommodation.
