Guest access The condominium is 25 km from the city of Cassia, in Minas Gerais, and to access it there is a stretch of 17 km on a dirt road, approximately 30 minutes by car. It is possible to make the journey with ordinary cars, simply by paying attention on the road. The structure of the place has homemade in the concierge, making the environment safer. Other things to note During the period of April 2024 and December 2024 we will have works of expansion of new Bungalows taking place in the Condominium. You can find works during the day, until around 4pm, and building materials depending on where you access it. For holidays, holiday season and weekends we have minimum daily rental packages. Please contact us. Check-in time is from 6pm and departure time is no later than 11:00 AM. Late pickup after hours may result in additional charges. We truly truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation We also offer the day use for R$550, so that they can enter at 12pm or leave at 6 pm, enjoying more moments in the house. This is a service that must be reserved and is not always available. Contact us in advance. Extra services, such as housekeeping, complementary cleaning and cooking services, are not included and can be hired separately, upon the availability of the collaborators and values upon request.
