It is located on the second floor of the building. The Ballenas Beach access is located out of the condo to the right at the end of the street, you will find it right away. Last room update April 22, 2025 Guest access Guests have full access to the condo’s shared areas, including the garden, pool, and parking. These are the main common spaces, and you're welcome to enjoy them freely during your stay. Other things to note – Smoking is not allowed inside the unit – Located on the first floor (stairs access only) – No parties or events allowed – In line with condo rules and post-pandemic safety, only registered guests are allowed entry.
