Guest suite in Anchorage

Our place is located in south anchorage up on the hillside surrounded by beautiful trees and right by the hillside park , it’s a very safe and private neighborhood. You will have you own studio apartment to yourself. We are 3.1 miles from the closest grocery store (7 mins). We are 5.5 miles from the alaska native hospital (11 mins). We are 0.8 of a mile from hilltop skii area and hillside park (3 mins) and about a 5 min. walk. We are 2.4 miles from the alaska zoo (5mins). The space You will love staying in this quiet, private, wooded hillside apartment. We have a plane teeter totter right by your parking spot so if you have children or grandkids they are welcome to play on it all they want ! The teeter totter will only be out in the summer (June,July,august) We are right down the road from the Alaska zoo! We are also across the street from hilltop ski area and hillside park , you can get to Campbell creek through there as well. The closest grocery store is only down the road on Abbott less the. 5 minutes away, as well as many fast food places and restaurants. We are very close to the hospitals we are 10 minutes from them! Side note- We do have stairs ,the apartment is on the second floor , you can view photos to see the staircase if stairs are a issue for you to climb. We want everyone to enjoy there stay with us and we appreciate all tips to making your stay even better! IMPORTANT- Lost Key Disclaimer - If you lost the keys to my Airbnb, you will be charged for the entire replacement of locks and or the cost of rekeying of the locks . It’s a considerable amount , but I will not have a set of guest keys missing and not knowing where they went to .  in a late check out , you will be charged for half a day if you are checking out anytime after 11am , I’ve had to many people do this making it hard to have the room ready for the next guests. Please Read- the 2nd story is the Airbnb unit above the shop , the shop below is my husbands aircraft welding business, he starts work at 7am - 3pm Monday-Friday , so there could be noise in the shop below in those hours. Other than that it is very quiet at our home. Please reach out if you have any questions ! Guest access Guest are welcome to hangout in the front yard if they would like and we have a teeter totter plane for kids to play on in the front it will only be out in the summer time in June , July , august. Other things to note We have a Roku tv in the studio apartment with access to Netflix that you may use for free. if you have Hulu/ Disney +/ sling you can access them on the Roku, we only offer Netflix complimentary. Our Airbnb studio is above a shop as seen in photos.
