The property was recently in the Stephen King film. Guests have full access to all rooms in the house, however, the attic and basement are off limits. The house has air conditioning in 3 bedrooms, and kitchen. Fans located in all bedrooms. A fully stocked kitchen with lots of space to share a meal with family and friends. The sun room is a great place to enjoy your morning tea or coffee or to relax with a book. The games room has ping pong, foosball, darts, air hockey, and lots of board games for kids and adults. Walk down to the water edge, where you will find a small park, museum, cafe, and a public wharf to fish or to watch the tides. 5 minute walk. A minute from the Avondale winery, which has great food and wine! A great place to start a wine tour. Five spacious bedrooms, all with fans, and three with ac. The TV room has many movies you are welcome to watch. Enjoy with some popcorn! If you don’t want to cook, Windsor has some great restaurants you could try out. Our property is great for friends and family to get together and to enjoy the beautiful country. Request a pet if the dog is well trained and smaller in size.
