Tree House 1 bedroom - walk to redwoods

Spacious 1 bedroom, pet-friendly. Very private, overlooking the woods. The space Sweet, sunny 1 bedroom with kitchen plus deck overlooking wooded forest. Easily sleeps 4 people; there is one queen memory foam bed in a private room and two twin Murphy beds in the living room. It is very private, with plenty of parking. The apartment is spacious (800 sq ft), and detached, so very quiet. There is a full kitchen, and also a BBQ on the deck. We provide bedding, towels, shampoo and soap. The apartment is on the second floor (but no one resides below, there is a garage used for storage), so you need to go up a flight of stairs. We are gay-friendly, tourist-friendly, pet-friendly, and family-friendly! Please let me know in advance if you have any special needs or requests to make your stay enjoyable. ADDITIONAL PERSON charge. The base price includes 2 people. Beyond that, $15 per person per night will be charged for additional guests. We have a 4 person maximum on occupancy. PET POLICY and fees: As a dog owner myself, I welcome canine guests with responsible owners to the Tree House. However due to the additional cleaning time required, if you are bringing pets an extra $60 per stay is automatically added to the booking total for your stay (it does not show up as an additional fee or in the cleaning fee, fyi). We have a two dog maximum. Dog owners are respectfully requested to agree to a few simple rules: no pets allowed on furniture, dogs must either accompany you on outings or be crated, clean up dog droppings, and be prepared to pay for any damage done by your dog. Dogs can be off leash inside and on the deck but need to be leashed when walking in the neighborhood. We do not accept cats. Please note that we are not technically a tree house, but the deck and windows overlook our beautiful forest, hence the name. Plus, you are a two minute walk from the redwoods of Jackson State Forest, great for a morning run or evening stroll. We are a 5 minute drive from the Mendocino Coast beaches and the gorgeous botanical gardens. Enjoy wine-tasting, surfing, kayaking, or hiking at any time of year, or check in advance to find out which of the many festivals are happening before you visit (crab, mushroom, whale, film and music festivals, local history days, paul bunyan days, etc). We are about 8 minutes away from Fort Bragg, and are about 15 minutes from the village of Mendocino. We're about a 3.5 hour drive from San Francisco or Oakland airports. Santa Rosa also has a small airport (Alaska/Horizon main carrier). We are 2.5 hours from Santa Rosa.
