Guest access The BELLAGIO house has a 32 m2 barbecue with grill, refrigerator and cable TV. Ideal for sharing with family and friends. Other things to note Tenants must bring sheets, towels + personal hygiene products, the house has pillows and winter and summer quilts. Also bring beach chairs and umbrella, after that, in the house you have everything you need for your stay. Remember that WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. The house is rented only for family use, any type of parties or events on this property are prohibited. We do not charge our customers the cleaning fee on the day they leave, as long as they return the house in a similar way to the one that was given to them, otherwise, we would make an extra charge for that service, which must be paid in cash on the day they leave. Either way, for your convenience, it is optional for the customer, if they wish, on the day they vacate the property, they can pay for the cleaning cost. The house has several air conditioners, so the cost of electricity is charged separately, the value of it is what the UTE charges, $7 per kw VAT included. Payment will be made in cash on the day of departure.
