The rent is only for the house and does not include access to the pool. If you want to use it, please ask for the refundable deposit for access to the pool. Entry is with full lycra clothing, swimwear is not allowed, cotton t-shirts or clothing not suitable for the pool. You cannot enter the pool without a deposit 1.- Mandatory use of a bathing suit, synthetic clothing or lycra 🩱👙🩴 2.- 🚫Do not swim in cotton and/or denim clothing🚫. Omitting this rule can generate a fine of $500 (pool area guard) and will be charged directly in the app 3.- Do not bring food or drinks to the pool. 4.- 🚫No parties are allowed in the pool area🚫 5.- Pool shared with neighbors of the cluster, schedule for Airbnb guests from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm 6.-♦️ Monday pool closed for maintenance ******house rules******* 1.- Space for 1 car 1 at the door and another in the visitors' area within the Cluster. If the visitors' area is full, you will have to wait outside for 1 place to be vacated and then enter the cluster 2.- ♦️the car at the door will always be in the parking area to allow free transit to the other cars of neighbors 3.- Loud noise until 11:00 pm ♦️turn off A/C when you leave the house, do not leave doors open. Other things to note Upon your arrival I will be waiting for you to give you the keys and show you the house. I ask that we be in constant communication in case there is any setback with the time I schedule for your arrival and so I can support you in whatever you need. Likewise, at the time of your departure I will come to collect the keys. I recommend for safety not to leave keys and leave without warning.
