Prainha Flats "Flat Dunas" with Pool and Jacuzzi

Comfortable Flat on the Upper Floor, with 20m² located 250m from Prainha and 150m from Praia Grande. The Flat is Loft style, where there is a complete mini-kitchen, table, utensils, bed box, sofa bed, 32" TV in the same environment, fully air-conditioned. You can use our waterfall pool and sunny deck at will. To end the day, you can still schedule a time to relax in the wonderful heated Jacuzzi with chromotherapy at no additional cost. Come and stay at "Prainha Flats" The space Prainha Flat's is very well located, close to the best beaches of São Francisco do Sul, as well as bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, all within walking distance. The property has 6 Flats with a separate entrance and well-lit parking in front of the property, monitored by cameras. The Flats were designed with the well-being and comfort of guests in mind, with custom-made furniture, modern equipment, new appliances and utensils of excellent quality. In addition, in the outdoor area, guests have at their disposal a terrace with a wonderful Jacuzzi with chromotherapy and a pearl bath, a super sunny deck with tables, sun loungers, a swimming pool and waterfall, and a fully paved and wooded patio. Also, each Flat has its own exclusive charcoal barbecue. We value a quiet and family atmosphere, to provide pleasant days of rest and leisure for all guests. To ensure a great experience and harmonious coexistence during the stay, there are rules of mutual respect that must be followed. Guest access We have self check-in by password-protected lockbox. There you will have the key to the main gate and the chosen Flat, with complete freedom to enter and exit at any time of day or night throughout your stay. Other things to note In the Standard Flat (Dunes) we do not allow pets due to the size of the Flat but in the Premium Flats (Sun, Sea, Breeze and Waves) they are accepted
