Let me help you to understand better our villa Layout: The Space Ground Floor: Private parking and lush garden surrounded by palm trees. A peaceful pool with a fountain awaits just past the pathway. There is an outdoor dining table and a charcoal BBQ in the backyard. We provide 7 bicycles for guest use, a better way to explore the area. First Floor: A comfortable living room with 2 sofa beds and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner stove, fridge with ice maker, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, spices, and a granite countertop with bar-style dining. You’ll also find a washer, iron board, and high chair for kids. Powder room with sink and toilet. The living room has direct access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 1 – Master: "The Love room" has a King-size bed and futon, closet with safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2: "The blue room": King-size bed, opens to the backyard, with an ensuite bathroom, A/C, and ceiling fan. Second Floor: Private entrance with a second living room and 2 pullout sofas that sleep 4. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and a powder room. From here, you can step out to a large terrace with pool views, a table to relax and chill, and sunbeds. Bedroom 3 – Master: "The flower room": King-size bed and futon, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, A/C, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4: "The orange room": King-size bed, small balcony, ensuite bathroom, A/C and ceiling fan. Third Floor: Spacious living room with 3 single sofa beds, a dining area, fridge, and another fully equipped kitchen. Two terraces with garden and pool views. Bedroom 5: ·The white bedroom": has a King-size bed and an additional single bed, ensuite bathroom, closet, A/C, and ceiling fan. Location: Two blocks from Calle 7, full of restaurants, shops, coffee spots and wellness centers. A 15-minute drive to Tulum’s beach zone and beach clubs. Close to cenotes and downtown Tulum. Guest access Our guests have full access to our private pool and garden anytime. The place also has enough parking space for two vehicles inside the gate and more space on the street. Other things to note You can walk to the town where the restaurants and bars are or bicycle to the beach and the ruins. If you are interested in visiting cenotes, most of them are driving distance. Of course, you can also go to those areas via taxi or the city’s public transport system. The Colectivo shuttle buses serve as cheap alternative for the locals and most of them are equipped with ac and surprisingly comfortable. If you are going by taxi, the main road is 2 blocks away to flag a taxi or call the taxi number we have provided in the house manual. Kukulkan Road has just opened so now we have 2 road to access our beach.
