Excellent neighborhood, with good transportation routes. The apartment comes with everything you need for a long stay, located in a family building where you will find people willing to help at all times. The space The space is really cozy, with a beautiful view, fresh, without west; ample spaces to enjoy. Equipped with all the necessary elements to cook what you want. It has a study area completely separate from the social area, ideal for long work days in front of the computer. The sofa turns into a large bed, ideal for lying down to watch a movie or just enjoying the beautiful view. Guest access The apartment is located in a small, family building with three floors. The common areas are the access stairs to the property. We do not have a parking lot in the Building, so we recommend checking first if it is possible to rent one that is nearby. Other things to note The Building is located on a main road, so in the day you can hear the noise from the cars when passing by. If the window closes, the noise is not that much.
