Cozy apartment with great view

The apartment is centrally situated in Rio, with easy transportation to everywhere. From the balcony and bedroom you can see the statue of the Christ Redeemer and the green forest that surrounds it! The building has swimming pool, sauna, restaurant (lunch hours), free parking, etc. (note in the coming days I may be without internet access during the afternoons, and I will be able to answer the morning and evening queries). The space The apartment is well decorated and very comfortable. The flat has daily cleaning service free of charge (they do not wash clothes). Guest access Guest have access to whole apartment. Other things to note For longer rents (20 days or more), the consumption of gas and electricity is charged a part, unless other arrangements are made prior to the booking. The limit is 4 people, e.g. a couple and two children. For families only. Group of friends is not allowed.
