Nikao Garden Pool Hideaway

This is a great family home with a open plan living. Huge private deck with pool and BBQ best place to be on a hot sunny Rarotongan day. Perfect for large families or group of friends. Though our pool is not fenced please take precaution with children and adults at times. Wifi available at extra cost. Please ask. We live on the property next door and are very approachable. We have 2 adorable dogs called Sadie (Brown)and Missy (Black). They love attention don’t let them in the house. The space You are renting the entire house. With parking for you and guest. Guest access Guest can access the house thru the front deck. Other things to note There’s the odd rooster so no need to bring your alarm. Neighbors do have dogs and sometimes will stay up chatting. We want you to enjoy your stay however please take in to account these rules. 1. There’s is no smoking allowed in the house at all. 2. Remove your shoes before entering into the house at all times. 3. No loud music or excessive noise after 10pm. No parties !!!This is a residential area. 4. No extra guest allowed at the house. If you wish to have others around please notify the host next door. So please don’t invite locals to come after clubbing. 5. No! no jumping in the pool at all.
