We are a family of 4 from Arequipa, who open the doors of their home to share our lifestyle with guests who want to get to know the city and have a comfortable and quiet place to rest. Other things to note Rules of coexistence: - Guests must follow the rules and instructions provided by the host during their stay. -This property is not suitable for minors. -Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time. - Guests and their visitors are prohibited from behaving in a disrespectful manner towards the residents of the area and the neighborhood in general. - Guests are allowed visitors during their stay upon host approval. -All guests must comply with the rules described here. -Any gathering should take into account the aforesaid rules covering noise, the neighborhood, and visits. - Guests and their visitors must take care not to leave any type of waste or garbage in the common areas. -Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to make sure doors and windows are securely closed to ensure the safety of the house and the inhabitants. - Guests will have to turn off electronic appliances in common areas when they are not needed, to save energy. - Smoking is prohibited inside the property. - Animals are not allowed in the rental. -The owner/manager must be informed of any damage as soon as possible. - Rules about key delivery, security, cleaning, garbage: The keys delivered are only for those who book the accommodation. Visitors must be authorized by the host or co-hosts of the house. For extra services, coordinate with the host. -The host reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay if the guest does not comply with the house rules.
