Guest access Usually, someone will be there to welcome you upon arrival. If not, we’ll contact you in advance with self check-in instructions. For the safety of our guests and to protect the property, we have security cameras installed in common outdoor areas. Cameras are located in the following spots: • Main entrances • Outdoor kitchen patio • Main terrace • Jacuzzi terrace • Garden These cameras are used exclusively for security and monitoring of shared exterior spaces. We deeply value your privacy and want you to feel safe and comfortable throughout your stay. Other things to note There is a private, independent loft on the property that may be occupied by other guests — the only shared space with them is the parking area. There is also a completely separate apartment where I live, and I’ll be happy to assist you if you need anything during your stay. We have two friendly pets on the property: Radha, a Belgian Shepherd, and Ananda, an Australian Shepherd. They’re usually taken out on weekends or kept in a separate area, but you may occasionally see them in the garden. 🐾 Traveling with pets? There is a one-time fee of $380 MXN per pet per stay, which will be charged through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. 🛁 Jacuzzi for 20 guests (similar to a small heated pool): If you’d like it with hot water, there’s an extra $1,500 MXN daily fee. Please let us know in advance, as it runs on a pool boiler and takes about 8 hours to heat. 🧹 Note on cleaning: The cleaning fee does not include the kitchen. We kindly ask you to leave it clean, tidy, and everything put away. If additional cleaning is required, a $600 MXN fee will be charged. 🌎 Let’s take care of the planet together! We separate our waste into organic and inorganic. There’s no need to separate PET, cans, cardboard, or glass. Thank you for you re cooperation. 🔥 Firewood is available and will be prepared in the fireplaces and firepit area. Each load has a fee of $200 MXN. 🌿 Temazcal ceremony available: A unique wellness experience lasting approximately 3 hours. The cost is $3,800 MXN per group. 👥 The rental includes up to 10 guests. Additional guests are always welcome at a cost of $480 MXN per person per night. 🕒 Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Want to enjoy more time? • Early check-in (from 8 AM): $1,500 MXN • Late check-out (until 8 PM): $1,500 MXN These options block the night before or after your stay to avoid overlaps. 💳 All additional charges will be processed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
